[Warranty details] The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. Purchase history is required. The warranty is only for use in Japan. If the product is unused and is found to be defective upon purchase it will be replaced free of charge. If we are unable to arrange for the same product due to stock availability we may suggest an alternative product. If the product is found to be defective due to quality or manufacturing defects under normal use conditions we will repair it free of charge. When repair is possible replacement parts may be different. If repair is not possible it will be replaced free of charge.
