[How to use] Put one tablet (40g) in 150-200L of hot water in the bathtub dissolve it completely and then take a bath. When this product is dissolved in hot water hydrogen is gently generated and the water becomes hydrogen-dissolved. If you bring the effervescent tablet close to your face you may cough in rare cases. It is recommended to take a bath within 2 hours after dissolving.
